What you share

Our contact form asks for your name, email address, a description of your project, and optionally your company. If you email us directly, we receive the information you choose to include in that message.

Please don't send passwords, payment information, or sensitive customer records through the contact form.

How we use it

We use this information to answer questions, understand potential projects, and follow up about services. Submitting an inquiry does not add you to a marketing mailing list.

Form submissions and service providers

Our website uses Formspree to receive contact form submissions. When you submit the form, your information goes to Formspree for processing, spam protection, and delivery to CY Global's business email. Formspree may also retain submissions in its service.

The website itself does not maintain a database of inquiries. Our website hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver the site and maintain its security.

How long we keep it

We keep business inquiries for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage related correspondence, or meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Third-party providers handle information according to their own policies.
