What kinds of businesses do you work with?
CY Global works with ecommerce, wholesale, retail, and manufacturing businesses. The starting point is understanding your operations and the challenges behind your systems.
What services do you help with?
ERP, integration, operations, business intelligence, and sourcing, with IT and ecommerce development delivered through technical partners. Bookkeeping support is also available for selected projects.
What should I include when getting in touch?
A brief description of your business, the systems you use, what isn’t working, and what you hope to change. You don’t need a finished project plan. Please do not include passwords or sensitive customer information.
Can we discuss support after implementation?
Yes. Support needs and scope can be discussed as part of the project. The arrangement depends on the systems involved and what your team needs.
